At Zelvy, our goal is to make sure your orders arrive quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Please review our shipping terms below.

Order Processing, Handling & Delivery Timeline

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your delivery location within the U.S.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (including handling + transit).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

No hidden charges or additional fees apply. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

The shipping carrier is automatically selected based on your location and service availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details and carrier information.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, an email confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate.

If tracking information is not received within the expected time, or if your tracking shows no updates for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us at support@zelvy.store .

Damages And Product Condition

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

If a product is damaged prior to dispatch, Zelvy will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund and file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect or Changed Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Zelvy is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@zelvy.stoe. We will try to assist, but once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@zelvy.store.

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may still return items according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices shown on Zelvy.store are final and inclusive of applicable U.S. state and local taxes.

The amount displayed at checkout is the total you pay no hidden fees, no extra charges.
